All products bought in store which are made to order are non returnable. Please ensure you have tried the dress on prior to ordering and are completely happy with the style and colour choice.

Faulty products will be replaced with the same product where possible. If it is not possible to replace the item before the required wear date a full refund will be given.

Dresses bought off the rack must be returned unworn and in perfect condition within 14days of purchase. You will not be given a refund, only a store credit note will be given
