APPOINTMENT TERMS

YOU MUST ATTEND WITH A PARENT
Anyone who attends without a parent will be turned away and your appointment fee will not be refunded.
GROUP BOOKINGS REQUIRE ONE PARENT PER CHILD
If you book our Prom Party Appointment there must be 3 adults present with the 3 children.
APPOINTMENT FEES ARE REDEEMABLE AGAINST YOUR DRESS PURCHASE
If you buy on the day, we will refund your entire appointment fee!
APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE ATLEAST 48HRS FOR CANCELLATION
A full refund will be given if the appointment is cancelled with at least 48hrs notice
